Green Valley - Large mostly upper middle class area of Henderson /  good schools, parks, shopping, restaurants / now divided into "old" Green Valley and "new" Green Valley, each with it's own advantages / great resale potential but home prices are slightly higher than average/ worth the expense if you can swing it...
